The Zu den 3 Hackn Restaurant is one of the most popular and delicious local restaurants. Its cozy, the service is friendly and you will have an amazing evening out coming to this place.
There is 2 of them right in the inner city. One is the 'Zu den 3 Hackn Magazin', originally a wine store (you can buy the bottle you had for dinner and take it back home! It also includes an inner courtyard which is lovely in summer), the other one just 'Zu den 3 Hackn'. The latter one is the 'older, more original one' with more traditional atmosphere.
The menu in both places is excellent - try the Wienerschnitzel if you want to really go local. But what is recommended is the 'menu of the season' - menus change according to season.Here all ingredients are really fresh and organic and the chefs are proud to produce traditional dishes with the best and freshes ingredients of the season!
The vegetarian kitchen is less represented here, in case you do not eat meat we recommend one of the many, really delicious desserts (Mehlspeisen) - try the Kaiserschmarren here - it is a dream!
